1. Service and operator
Motti Giveaway is a privately operated tool for scheduled Discord giveaways. It provides a dashboard, entry buttons, role-based eligibility and random winner selection. Operator: Not yet provided. Contact on Discord: motti_tv; email: Not yet provided.
2. Who may use it
You must meet Discord's applicable age requirements and comply with its terms and community guidelines. Only authorized members with Manage Server permission may manage this installation. Do not submit content or images you do not have permission to use.
3. Giveaway conditions
Each organizer must clearly describe the prize, eligibility, start/end times, winner count, minimum eligible participants, claim procedure and delivery conditions before accepting entries. The software has no payment or paid-entry feature. Organizers are responsible for the legality and delivery of their prizes.
Each eligible Discord account may enter once and withdraw before the deadline. Bots are excluded. Ignored roles override allowed roles. Membership and role eligibility are checked again at the draw. Winners are randomly selected from eligible entries, without replacement. If the minimum is not met, the giveaway ends without a winner and displays the reason.
4. Operation and interruptions
The bot must be running and connected to Discord to accept entries and act at scheduled times. An active giveaway that ends during an outage is processed after reconnection. An unpublished giveaway whose entire time window was missed does not select a winner. Administrators may cancel unfinished giveaways; cancellation must not be used to mislead participants.
Results are saved before publication. Permission or network failures may delay publication or winner-role assignment. Roles must be suitable cosmetic roles below the bot's role. Actual prize delivery is handled by the organizer outside this software.
5. Acceptable use
No fraud, harassment, spam, attempts to manipulate the draw, unauthorized access or disruption. Do not share bot tokens or dashboard sessions. Organizers must use announcement mentions responsibly.
6. Availability and liability
This community software is provided without an uptime or support commitment. Features may change or the service may be discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer rights, data protection rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket waiver of mandatory rights is intended.
7. Independent project
This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Dyno or MEE6. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy describes this installation's data handling. Material changes to rules or processing must be communicated before they apply where required. These terms do not make continued use a blanket consent to new processing.
