Technical draft. The operator must confirm identity, hosting providers, purposes and legal bases, applicable rights and any international transfers before public operation. Private or non-commercial operation alone does not establish an exemption.

3. Login, cookies and external services
Discord OAuth is used with the identify and guilds scopes. The application does not request your password and does not store Discord OAuth access tokens. The access token is used to identify you and retrieve the servers you may manage, then revoked. Server IDs, names and icon references for the server selector are stored with your eight-hour session and removed when that session is deleted. A temporary login-state cookie lasts ten minutes; an HttpOnly dashboard-session cookie lasts eight hours. HTTPS deployments use Secure cookies. No advertising or analytics scripts are included.
The application communicates with Discord to post messages, read membership/role information, process interactions and assign winner roles. Uploaded prize images and winner mentions are visible to members who can view the selected Discord channel. Discord processes platform data under its own policies.
Hosting configuration: Local operation. Configure hosting and transfer details before public use.. The operator must identify actual hosting recipients and document any international transfers and safeguards. The software does not assert that a hosting provider collects no IP addresses or request logs.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Purposes are giveaway administration, requested participation, authentication and operational security. Where GDPR applies, the operator must establish and record the appropriate legal basis for each purpose before processing. Depending on the actual arrangement, this may involve performance of a requested service or justified legitimate interests. Consent, where relied on, must be valid and withdrawable; using the bot is not blanket consent.
5. Retention and deletion
Active giveaway records remain until completion or cancellation. Completed/cancelled giveaway records, entries, results and uploaded image files are automatically deleted from this application's storage after 30 days, on the next hourly cleanup while it runs. Winner IDs, display names, win counts and last-win times remain in the server-specific scoreboard until a server administrator uses Reset scoreboard. Clicking Leave removes an active entry. Records in backups require a separate operator-managed retention schedule.
Deleting local records does not delete previously posted Discord messages or attachments. Their visibility and deletion are managed in Discord. Contact the operator about those messages and any earlier deletion request. Bot removal from a server does not itself erase the database.
6. Rights and requests
Where applicable, rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, subject to legal conditions, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority. Contact motti_tv on Discord or Not yet provided. Provide enough information to locate your giveaway entry, such as your Discord ID; never send passwords or tokens.
7. Random selection and security
Winner selection uses random sampling from eligible entries. It is automated but does not use advertising profiling or behavioral scoring. The organizer must assess any additional obligations based on the actual prizes and effects of the giveaway. Dashboard access is restricted by Discord server permissions, and state-changing requests are checked against session and origin information. No absolute security guarantee is made.
